There is no longer a beta programme for one UI 3.0. The one UI 3.0 stable update is currently being rolled out. You might get the update by February or early March, this is subject to the region/place you live in. I am using a Note 20 Ultra and I got my update last month here in the UK. First to receive were the s20, s20 ultra series. Followed by the note 20, the note 20 ultra series. So you might receive an update in February which is the month scheduled for the release of the one UI 3.0 for the S10 series and the Z-folds (depending on the region and place you live).
