Ring volume automatically reduces?

Hi,

For some reason the ring volume on my S10+ regularly reduces itself automatically. 

Any recommendations please?

I can't see why this would be happening and cannot yet see any settings on my phone that would do this.

Are you using a Custom Ringtone on your phone or one of the built in ones.

Try a built in one ?

Thanks, no, it's a built in ring tone. All seems a bit random when this happens but it happens quite a lot.

Unless your phones preferences settings is different to mine or country wise different you could pop into a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre for support @Shoto1

Could be a bug with DND mode. I'll check
