Read Caller Names Aloud is very quiet

This feature doesn't seem to work well on my S10e, even after it's just updated to Android 12.

The caller id spoken part is far too quiet compared to the ringtone. All phone volumes are near the max.

Is this a known issue?

It worked fine on my ancient Nokia!

Try clearing the cache partition on the phone and that should solve the issue. To do this, just search 'S10 how to wipe cache partition' and you should find what you are looking for 😀. Hope this helps! 😊

Hi tx for the suggestion. But it doesn't work. The phone starts ringing at a low level with the ringtone along with "Incoming call from ..." spoken part. But when that has finished the volume increases hugely with just the ringtone at the expected level.
