Random gifs, emojis and internet images

Ive plugged my S10 into my laptop to transfer from the gallery and it is trying to import random emojis, gifs and internet images that i havent saved to my gallery.

Can anyone help as i have no idea where it is pulling them from

Just so I've got a better idea of this, can you please confirm how you are trying to transfer the data from your Gallery?
