I accidentally broke my phone and sent it off for repair. I had restore factory settings and delete everything so I used Smart Switch on my PC which seemed to work well. While waiting for the repair I was using my daughters old S7 phone but due to the lower memory I only transferred the apps to it.
I now have my S10 back and when I try and restore everything it takes hours to transfer, and then right at the end it says transfer cancelled. I've managed to transfer the apps from the S7 but I've lost all my music and photos which are stuck in the Smart Switch. Any help please?
