I've a new note 10+ there's a problem with the earphone/ charger port. It drops connection when touched so its faulty. How do I get it repaired under Warranty I'm in Dublin Ireland
Check your cooling off period with the shop you bought it from. They should have a cooling off period @Harry69
If your within the cooling off period then ask for a replacement
If your beyond that period then they'll repair it.
Take it back to the shop you purchased it from.
And or a Samsung Experience Store / Samsung Service Centre.
