Private DNS cannot be accessed One UI 3

When switching to network privatedns server cannot be accessed which has only happened since one ui3.

I'm using dns.adguard.com which worked before. It works fine on wi-fi though.

try tapping the notification (or 3 dots) → then tap Use this connection
