Predictive text

After the latest update on the S10+ my predictive text has gone, i have refeshed, updated, i have deleted the data and cache etc, turned phone off. Nothing works! Help!!!

Hi @Spange111, please try this as a work around: Settings > General Management > Language and Input > On-Screen keyboard > Samsung Keyboard > Language and Types > Manage Input Languages > Download English US/toggle on English US > Toggle off English UK. Hope this helps.

Can you check if there are any more software updates pending on the phone? Settings > Software update > Download updates manually.
