Please help s10 plus bought unlocked, brought to metropcs cant get any security patches or software updates

Tried all that..but thx stumped..really strong wifi so definitely not the issue.

Do you have any wired ear phones
Does it help with those plugged in

One of the main reasons updates don't work is due to the device been a none EU or a device originally locked to a none uk network. You can check your imei on imei24

@geekneedshelp: I can see by the CSC codes that your Galaxy S10 is a US, Verizon branded device. Are you currently based in the US?

This issue has been resolved we flashed T-mobile firmware to the device using Odin and the phone has gotten all updates through metropcs working perfect now! Thx  we used Odin to flash.

If the device isn't running the correct software then it won't get the updates. Glad you managed to sort it out! 👍
