This issue has been resolved we flashed T-mobile firmware to the device using Odin and the phone has gotten all updates through metropcs working perfect now! Thx

Tried all that..but thx stumped..really strong wifi so definitely not the issue.

@geekneedshelp: I can see by the CSC codes that your Galaxy S10 is a US, Verizon branded device. Are you currently based in the US?
