I am literally at my wits end with this issue - every time i plug my Samsung S10 in to charge - using the supplied charger and cable - i get a deafening screach and the alert saying "moisture has been detected in the charger / usb port" which is increaingly frustrating as every no and then its fine but for 90% of the time i need to use a wireless charging dock which creates issues in itself!
This is now the 4th of 4 Samsung phones that have had a range of issues with charging port but the first time i have encountered the moisture issue and the first time the phone has been less than 12 months old! i have tried clearing the data and cache in <Settings> <Apps> <USBSettings> <Storage> <Clear Data> which worked the first time but it has now come back and this solution doesnt work
I am becoming that frustraited with the issues i am having, I am considering a move to the "dark side" and giving in to the abuse i get from iPhone users... a horrible thought!

Unfortunately some people have experienced this type of issue which usually clears itself in a few minutes @Keith73
It's not always due to direct contact with water but can also be attributed to fluctuations in heat inside due to outside temperatures that can cause moisture inside it.
Usually I'd suggest to try the Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre but they are temporarily closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Until then you'll have to put up with this situation.
I came away from iPhone's and iOS a number.of years ago and believe me I wouldn't return to a device and iOS thats so aggressively sandboxed.
