I am trying to sync my Playlists from Windows Media Player to Samsung s10+ the Playlist shows up but none of the tracks are in the playlist it is empty. But The tracks do transfer as separate track.
I am having the same problem and Google music is also having the same issue. Somone on another forum said that its a known issue in the latest update. I have black player music app and its able to read my playlists so it might be related the app.
I'm having the same issue with my brand new Note 10+ 5G. Imagine my bitter disappointment when I cannot sync my music onto a device that I'll be using heavily for music with bluetooth speakers and stereos (like in the car). I use "ratings" for my dynamic playlists on the computers so I rely on WMP to be able to tell it what tracks to have on what name playlist. I've done all my updates and the problem still exists.
Yeah I can vouch for that. New phone, freshly reformatted and updated computer and still the same bs issue. It's not the computer rather something on the phone.
Samsung seem a little like MS, leave these forums for people to mention what's wrong with things then never read them.
