Galaxy S10 Series

My sister has a Galaxy S10e and is trying to unlock her phone, but the numbers to enter the PIN aren't typing anything. She tried to restart her phone but the restart button also didn't do anything. How do I fix this?

Step 1:Try soft reset by pressing the Power and Volume buttons simultaneously. When the phone vibrates, release both for the reboot to complete.

Step 2:
Wait until the battery drains. Connect the charger cable on. Pressing the Power and Volume buttons simultaneously to Hard Reset. If this works, you can work on it in safe mode. If it doesn't, then you will need a screen replacement. It doesn't come cheap. Looking at £100.00 and above.
