Can anyone help me to restore my pictures and videos on my phone.
The older ones seem to show up as either a distorted image or a coloured square?
I checked my backups on Google and its the same. What could have happened, can they be saved?
It is happening to more and more. I desperately want to keep my pictures, please advise.
