Phone unlocks in pocket

Ok, my phone is supposedly unlocked via fingerprint and pin number but it keeps unlocking in my pocket. It seems to be worse when I'm on my bike. Spotify started playing this afternoon and some of my quick settings had changed. It also ended my ride on Strava. Very annoying! Any ideas people?

Try going to settings, motions & gestures, disable lift to wake and double tap.

I'll give that a go. My S8 had those features enabled with the unlocking issue though. One of the S10s early adopter bugs I suppose.

Both are disabled and still doing it.

Is 'prevent accidental touches' turned on? I've got that enabled but turned off the lift to wake option (double tap is still enabled though) and never had an issue with it unlocking in pocket. If I hold hand over front sensor and then try doing anything then I get the 'Your phone is being protected from Accidental touches' screen message.
