Phishing??

Had an alert on my phone that someone was trying to login and if it wasn't me I should change my password. The wording in blue below made me suspicious:

"Please reset your password

Dear Customer,

You have reset your password and an email has been sent to reset your password. Please click the button below to finish resetting your password.

Reset password

If the button above doesn't work, enter the address below in your browser.

https://us.account.samsung.com/accounts/v1/keyp*******************************************  "

I'm always suspicious if I get "Dear Customer" on anything, so - can anyone please advise if the URL above is legit? (I've asterisked out the actual coded link)

Never click links in emails no matter how official they look, login to your Samsung account via there website and change your password from there.
