Partial responsive screen

Does anyone know what to do to get the screen back in working order. I suddenly noticed that anything on the line of the camera and immediately below is unresponsive but the rest of the screen  is fine. I have looked online for answers but they don't seem to work. My business is on my phone as I run an e-commerce store and constantly need to post about it on social media.

The phone has built in diagnostic tool that may help @Folzy 

• Dial *#0*# in your phone app and use the tool there.
• Launch your Samsung Members App and use the tool in there.

I assume the phone hasn't been accidentally bumped or has had water damage.

If a screen protector is applied this could be causing issues.

If not then seek assistance from a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre.
