Paid a lot of money for a rubbish S10+

The s10 + cost me more that my laptop. I brought mainly for the camera. Though good quality photos. Often the camera app doesn't open! Spoiling the moment for taking a spontaneous photo. Another thing is problems with the Alarm. It hasn't played music or sounded at all. I put the vibrate only alarm on and it didn't vibrate. I travel a lot and cannot trust this phone if I need to catch a flight. When the alarm does go off. A safety feature comes on and I have to press around 5 buttons half asleep until I press the snooze. Then it's pointless as I'm wide awake and snooze is irrelevant. I'm so disappointed in this phone. I don't think I would buy Samsung ever again. Google phones are better.

Google "best camera app for samsung s10+" and download from Google Play store, and see if that helps the camera problem. For the other issues there could be several causes. First, check "do not disturb" setting, check notifications settings, then more googling.
