I am still not getting any updates on my phone tho my Samsung Daily is updated to Samsung Free

However my software is still on one ui 2 and android 11 even tho it has been rolled out

Phones on carriers tend to be updated after unlocked phones. Hopefully you will get it soon 👍

Well I bought my galaxy s10 plus from three(uk) network and i used to get monthly security update in 1st week of every month though. Since October everything messed up and my phone currently stuck with the December update, have not receive January update yet.

If you are running O2 firmware being unlocked makes no difference. The ones that get the updates first are non carrier devices so are unlocked.
