Hi @Cosmo Poon Further to @CrazyTom2k2 's helpful comment , previously some customers have found that if you back up then restore your secure folder, the apps, files returned even if they had disappeared before backup. Additionally on an Android forum advice from one member a while ago was to go to the app store and uninstall any of the updates in the apps where there is a problem and then reinstall. In their case it seemed to fix the issue.
