Galaxy S10 SeriesMy phone started an update in the early hours - it is still updating and says there 13 hours to go! In the meantime it is draining my battery . I have switched it on and off and done a soft reset but that hasn't stopped it at all. Has anyone else had this? Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

Also asked Samsung suppoirt, no reaponse yet.
any help would be helpful

except severe server issues
some used smart switch instead.

Galaxy S10 SeriesI am having same issue was on 12 hour left at 8am this morning . Its now 7pm on Sunday 22nd Dec and its telling me I have 20hrs left .. Its getting on my nerves . Samsung please sort it

Galaxy S10 SeriesI have been having the same issue. Mine started the update on Sunday 22nd Dec 19 at 08.00am and at 22.00pm when I was going to bed it said 5hrs remaining. It's now 06.25am on Monday 23rd Dec 19 and it is now saying 23hrs remaining and only half of the blue progress bar is filled.
What the hell is going on with it Samsung?

Galaxy S10 SeriesSpoke to Samsung and they told me to pause the update and re-start it the following morning. They seemed to think it was an issue as everyone was updating at the same time. This did work for me in the end.
