One ui 2.0 + Android 10 update.

Hi, i have an s10+ and i still haven't received any sort of update.. ahen i check for an update it tells me that the last security patch was 1st November 2019.. i can't even get the beta software as it doesnt show up as an option in the members app.. it just seems like my phones stuck . Anyone in the same boat ?

Also, im new to having a samsung as i transitioned from apple not that long ago.. if its just something stupid that im missing then please just let me know.

There are several ways to check. You can invoke the Settings and there invoke Software-Update. If this doesn't find an update you can install the Samsung SmartSwitch programm on your PC ( or Samsung USB-Drives on the MAC ), connect the phone via USB to the PC/MAC and check with the SmartSwitch app.

There are known problems with updates if the region where the phone had been manufactured for, the current region and the SIM-card don't fit.

And the phone had been produced for the UK market ?

If you can provide a screenshot of

Settings > telephone info > software info > [something like] provider/carrier/service software info

we could try to check. The third line in this entry consists of several 3-character-strings which denote the region.

I'm also  on O2 and  still waiting for the update. I check Sammobile to see whether the update has been released. It seems O2 are the only UK network not to release it.
