Nothing but problems since repair.

Had the black screen of death on my S10 .It had been perfectly fine up till then. Sent in for repair (replaced motherboard) since then nothing but problems.  Turns off and reboots up to 10 times a day.  Can't hear when making calls. Buzzing noises when listening to music. And now this...took some photos (phone switched itself off ) and this is what happened to the pictures!! 

WHAT ON EARTH HAVE YOU DONE TO MY PHONE ?????

have you done a hard reset?? it may not find a possible solution. but will reset the phone
