Note 10+ 5G - usb c earphones no longer work

Hi, i need to use my wired headphones for work. I work for NHS from home. Suddenly after update my wired earphones are playing sound. Its just coming from phone speaker. Phone doesn't recognise they are plugged in. Ports fine. Please help. Urgent. Thanks.

same problem with mine. In the notifications mine says usb device connected then disconnected and repeates that over and over.

Can you take a look inside the port with a torch to check for any debris and ensure they are pushed firmly in.

Also as a process of elimination can you try another set in your phone  ?

A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can take a look too.

Back to the issue, sounds like it could be a software issue, or it might be that your wired headphones have worn out. Did you install any updates or change any settings before the issue started happening? Also, can you see any obvious signs of damage on the cable for your headphones?

I have same issue with usb c headphones not working on Note 10 plus but works on tab s5e perfectly usb c port on Note 10 plus is free from debris and is charging and works well with multi- adapter but the issue is sound on headphones. Please advice on how to fix as I need my headphones for calls and music.

I have exactly the same issue, my usb c audio dongle keep conectimg and disconecting when i already unplugged it
