Not receiving OTA updates

I have had the same issue with previously with s10 and now with s10 lite, both factory unlocked BTU csc, for some reasons OTA updates aren't being received, I can see on sammobile website that the firmware update to EUBA has been released on 9th March, Smartswitch PC recognises that there is an available update when I plug the phone in so this is the only way I can update it seems.

Anyone else experiencing the same?

haven't got update but my phone locked on EE UK so I got feburary patch update a few days ago

Yes - have posted earlier that my Note10+ has the same problem which I think happened from when I came off the Beta and had to use Smart Switch on my laptop to update to the official OneUI3 Android 11
Last 2 updates Feb security patch and the 3.1 UI with March security were not seen by the phone - only by Smart Switch on my laptop but have no idea why this is now happening !!!

That is strange as I took part in the beta with my s10, I had to use Smartswitch PC to update to the Feb security patch because I wasn't receiving the ota update, and changed to s10 lite 2 weeks ago and having the same problem now with this phone

Yeah it does seem strange - almost seems like once you use Smart Switch to update then you lose the OTA ability - but I have no idea how or why that would be if it is - hopefully someone will be able to provide some answer for us

I really hope I don't need to do a factory reset and set the phone up fresh, it's so slow updating via smartswitch, pain!

I'm going to try and reset my phone and restore from a back up and see if that makes any difference, I've given up on Smartswitch PC, it had only downloaded 20% of the update files in an hour! I'll let you know if it makes any difference

Having just updated mine yesterday with Smart Switch I guess it will be another month or so until I have a new security update. Didn't actually check how long it took yesterday on Smart Switch but think no more than maybe half an hour to download it - think that can depend on how busy Samsung's servers are !

Nope, didn't make any difference, I went through the set up without restoring anything so had a clean set up, and tried to update, nothing pulled through. I have since restored my back up from Samsung Cloud and still nothing 🤔

Thanks for letting me know- Sorry didn't sort it for you after all that !!! Am still thinking ( with no good reason ) is some obscure setting or something that either coming off beta and / or then updating using Smart Switch has stopped the OTA updates, but really have no idea ! If I come across anything will post it
