Not Received October Update

Hey there, I havent yet received my October 2020 update on my samsun s10. I have been constantly checking for updates manually as well as contacted support who asked me to factory reset . I am not too keen to do so so i was willing to see if anyone had any suggestions on what I could do. I am using an unlocked Black Samsung s10 on O2. Any help will he appreciated : )

Edit : I used smart switch for my computer and plugged my phone in. It instantly detected an update was available and it worked for anyone experiences a problem maybe you could try this method and it will work. : )

have you turned phone off and removed the sim? I would remove the sim, restart phone and play with it for awhile until its screaming for a sim. then turn phone off again, replace sim and restart. failing that I would sign out and resign into both Samsung and Google. Good luck

I've got a note 9 and I'm still waiting for the October security patch, with the one ui 2.5 update. Some phones are now getting the November security patch.

I spoke to a samsung advisor he said updates are released in batches in different parts of the world. He said just wait a little longer.

you should download smart switch on your computer and plug your phone in. I did that and it came up instantly on the computer that there was a software update to be downloaded. From there it was a simple process. Maybe If you try that it may work for you.

hi, I did check if their is a update in smart switch. There is one but it is over 5000 mb. which is 5gb, I checked and the update should be around 1.3gb. 5gb is a lot for an update.

it doesn't actually download 5 gb of update on your phone it just does that
