I preordered the unlocked 1TB Ceramic Black Galaxy S10+ on 2/22/19, and my Orders page has shown that it will arrive by March 8th (today). It's now the end of the day (I'm in EST), and I still have yet to receive an email with shipping/tracking info, or any information of any kind whatsoever. The "cancel order" option has been gone for a while now (although it is still present next to all the accessories I ordered with the phone). After waiting nearly 50 minutes, I finally got in touch with an agent via the website's chat, and all he could say was that my order "has been assigned to fullfiller," and that "it may ship by end of this day." I know that this is not his fault, but I am quite upset, as I only preordered this through Samsung so that I could get the phone as soon as it was released!
