no message tone

Since I have had the update on my phone I have got no message tone it just vibrates when receiving one ive been in to all the phone stores and they don't know whats wrong with it ive done everything possible including factory reset and still nothing any ideas?

it worked when I first got the phone then had update and it stopped had 2 updates since and still nothing
