no Landscape mode, unable to rotate screen Galaxy S10+

Unable to rotate the screen to landscape mode.  

Went thru many YouTubes on this but none helped.  My phone simply doesn't have a screen rotation option anywhere in the control panel that I can find.

My phone seems permanently locked in portrait mode only.

@Gallienus: If you swipe from the top of the screen to the bottom, then again to enlarge the Quick Panel, can you see a grey padlock symbol with 'Portrait' below it. If so, tap on the padlock, and this should enable the Auto rotate feature.

Thanks so much; it worked.  There originally was no lock button on my Quick Panel, but there was an option to add it which I did.  

I never knew about enlarging that Quick Panel to see the buttons before: thanks.

It's opposite for me when I put my phone in landscape it's always upside down any solutions?
