I claimed my buds on the 16th of march waited over a month for delivery to receive an email saying sorry but have to wait another 10 days on the 18th of April now it is the 1st of may and I have no buds no email with tracking I think for a company like Samsung it is a complete joke .Claim ID: 167,660
Emailed promotions they have given me a tracking number with no delivery company so cant use it stating they have been delivered and signed for but obviously not to my house
I rang dx and they had not delivered to my address and in fact Samsung promotions gave me somebody else's tracking number and after 2 months and countless emails they have admitted they not sent them out after telling me I had already recieved them
