Hi @Natalija. Is your software up to date? I've just taken a look and the Benefits button is just below the Samsung Members logo at the top.
Yes it did ask me for an update yesterday, so got it all installed.
I got claim done through the computer via business customer - as this was the only way to do it.

However I have selected that I'm a business customer on the bottom of the page and went from there.

I realise you've sorted this but for any others reading and experiencing the same thing, you have to redeem for the Buds via the Members app on your new device. You can't redeem using your old device.
