No.1 on messages duel sim???

Hi I'd like to know just got my s10+ very happy with it but on the arrow while sending messages has a 1 on it and I cant seem to get it of I'm only using 1 sim card how you I get rid of the icon help would be appreciated thanks

That that just indicates that you are sending messages from sim card one as you can have two sim's  so you dont mix up phone numbers.
