Has anyone had a new email address and been unable to add it to account?
Apparently it's not possible, just been told I need to access the email address that no longer exists!!
What I don't get is why on bank, hmrc, Google and every where else it can be done online but Samsung make it impossible plus account department speak to you in a very aggressive and condescending manner.
I was trying to change it, but its taken me over 20 emails, seven phone calls and a visit to Trafford Centre store, where basically no one had a clue. Finally spoke to Neima at customer service who helped me, but the actual accounts department are yhe worst I have ever had to deal with.
