My phone won't connect to any network 
Also only shows 2G 3G but don't even connect to them? 
I've had a new sim allbi get is H+ 
02 said its my phone o am just out of contact phone is always protected

@Troudles: Can you confirm if there is an error message on screen, such as 'Not Registered On Network' or 'Emergency Calls Only'? Is the issue only affecting your Mobile Data i.e. are you still able to make/receive calls? If you head to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks, is the Network Mode showing as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect), and can you see you networks name in the top left of your lock screen? To troubleshoot the issue, are you able to try your SIM in another compatible device to see if the issue persists, as this will help to determine if the issue lies with the phone or your current SIM/network.

Hi, sounds like it is locked to a network provider. you need to get it unlocked.

Does your signal icon stay on H+ everywhere you go ?

 

From someone I follow "Phones do not latch onto the strongest signal.They follow the network assigned procedure, hence why it's not uncommon to be connected to a weaker signal than is strictly available "

yeah everywhere cant use Internet out the house

I don't have a compatible phone
I can see 02 and showing as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) in settings but don't connect to anything all that shows at top of screen is WiFi in house and H+ outside no error message

Ok.

Go into Settings and find the Reset Network Connection and see if that helps.

If not have the phone checked out by a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre.

just to say i popped into a phone shop 2sec sorted 👌 02 could have done it over phone
