Galaxy S10 Series@Troudles: Can you confirm if there is an error message on screen, such as 'Not Registered On Network' or 'Emergency Calls Only'? Is the issue only affecting your Mobile Data i.e. are you still able to make/receive calls? If you head to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks, is the Network Mode showing as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect), and can you see you networks name in the top left of your lock screen? To troubleshoot the issue, are you able to try your SIM in another compatible device to see if the issue persists, as this will help to determine if the issue lies with the phone or your current SIM/network.

Does your signal icon stay on H+ everywhere you go ?
From someone I follow "Phones do not latch onto the strongest signal.They follow the network assigned procedure, hence why it's not uncommon to be connected to a weaker signal than is strictly available "
