My samsung pass is not working, not recognising my fingerprint

My samsung pass is not working, its wont recognise my fingerprint, other app are, ive not got the option to log into it via a pin code, and i only have 3 attempts left... How do i turn it off, or get into it? What can I do??

Why carnt my samsung pass work with my eyes as it did with s9+ I've got s21+ now and it keeps saying fingerprint I don't want this I eant eyes or face recognition

I just experienced the same issue. I removed my screen protector and it worked. Thanks Smiley for the suggestion, definitely worked!

I have s10 5g suddenly not allowing finger print recognition on pass or pay. Tried all of the above still no joy

Sadly didn't work on my phone. It has a b/m compatible screen protector that works on everything else.
