My Samsung Galaxy S10 getting no update since 2019

Hello Everyone, 

I like to get help, I bought my Samsung Galaxy S10+ from Amazon Mexico. I am also using Mexican simcard (TelCel prepaid).But since 2019, there was no update, can someone please help enlighten me on the problem on why there is no update for my phone? Thanks.

You could update your phone through SmartSwitch if you connect your phone to a PC ( if i'm not mistaken) . Or , you could do it manually ( it requires a tech inclined person) . If you are , let me know and i will guide you in the right direction

Yes,Smart Switch will do it .The device has UK firmware so won't update OTA.

It turns out that your phone has a Bolivian firmware. No problem...
You will find all the firmwares for this device & area archived on this website. All you need to do is download the firmware and a small software ( on the same website) called ODIN.
Now , to be honest, because your phone hasn't received any updates since 2019 , i don't know if you can install the latest firmware first. You might have to "jump through all the hoops" ...meaning installing the previous updates first , starting with the one i have circled.
