My s10 plus Android Updates

Hi, I haven't received an android update or security update since 2020 on my galaxy s10 plus. I have the Korean model. I'm still stuck at Android 10 UI 2.5. Please help 🙏

Hi, try connecting to a laptop & install smart switch & see if there's any update available that way.

Hi, already tried that several times. Didn't work either. I also tried everything said in this chat. I'm living in the Caribbean using an unlocked version

Hi, do you have any customer service shops in your area you could bring your phone to them & let them manually load the firmware needed, that should be android 12.
