My S10+ doesn't have 4G+

Hello everyone 

I noticed that my S10+ network connection is only 4G instead of 4G+ , is there a problem with the phone itself or should I talk with Vodafone customer service?? Before this phone I had 4G+ on my S7 Edge and on my J6! (I'm using the same SIM)

I would check on Vodaphone web site see if any issues with there network

I've got the s10 5g and i have the same issue. . Same sim on ee, no 4g+. I've contacted ee through live chat and they didn't have an answer but would ask their tech guys to contact me

I'm on TMobile and get the 4G+, but keep in mind you will not see it all the time. This only means you're connecting to 2 LTE bands at once for a bit of faster downloading.

 

If you install the Network Cell Info app, you can see what band you're on and if you connect to 4G+. Part of the issue you may not see it often is because of the networking software problems.
