Hello,
I am reaching out for help for photos I took on my phone have are now missing form my gallery.
I took many photos form a recent trip I took to Alaska. I did not have the time to back them up and now they are gone.
I did not delete them. I checked Google to see if they backed up there (no). I check the Samsung cloud and they are not there either. I cleared the cache in the photos and in my Gallery.
I am missing MANY pictures from a fabulous trip, I want to cry.
Can anyone help me recover these pictures?
The pictures were taken form the dates August 16th-24th. Please help!
~Amy

Could it be that your photos are on the SD card (if you have one in the phone) but you are looking at internal storage only?

If they're not on the SD card (which the UI often asks whether you want to default to when you first open the camera with an SD card inserted) then all I can recommend is that you go to a Samsung Experience centre and they should be able to attempt to restore lost data. Also I'd recommend checking the Recycle Bin because they may have been moved there by accident. Good Luck 🤞

To be honest its a little hard to discuss it on here. However, if you call 0333 000 0333 and choose mobile then one the advisers can arrange a remote access session which means one of the experts can get on your device and see if they can find the 📷
