as Samsung EU/UK our support is a bit limited on devices from outside this area. However, I would advise downloading the Smart Switch programme to your PC, connecting your phone and then, if available, you will be prompted to download it. Whatever region your handset is produced for, Smart Switch would be able to update the software (if there's an update available). You won't get any updates as Samsung won't push any to devices used in countries where the device wasn't originally purchased. Grab the firmware from sammobile and use Odin to flash it to the phone.
