Hey @KhaledOdeh ,

as Samsung EU/UK our support is a bit limited on devices from outside this area. However, I would advise downloading the Smart Switch programme to your PC, connecting your phone and then, if available, you will be prompted to download it. Whatever region your handset is produced for, Smart Switch would be able to update the software (if there's an update available). Here is a link to the programme - https://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/app/smart-switch

I did, and it didn't give me any available updates. I'm worried that I won't get any updates at all

In this case, you will need to reach our Team in the region where you get the phone so they can provide you with the right information. You can find their contact details HERE.

You won't get any updates as Samsung won't push any to devices used in countries where the device wasn't originally purchased. Grab the firmware from sammobile and use Odin to flash it to the phone.

My advice comes from being a UK Samsung iPhone user.

Current Devices:
  • iPhone 14 Pro 256GB Deep Purple
  • Samsung Galaxy Buds+ > Model: SM-R175.
