My ear pods have stopped paring with my Samsung S10

My ear pods have stopped paring with my Samsung S10 all of a sudden .The phone whilst in Bluetooth Mode it used to say Cloud and when I clicked on that it used to pair instantly .Can anyone on here please help ?

open galaxy Wearable app make sure it got latest update then try again

You could look at deleting the pairing and then reset it back up.

 

And or go into Settings,  Apps, Bluetooth,  storage, clear cache and if necessary clear data.

 

As a process of elimination try pairing up to another device to see if it works OK @Listys

Hi everyone can somebody help. My Samsung Galaxy S10 is playing music and I cannot find which app or setting it is coming from, and The annoying thing is I cannot turn it down using the main volume controls , to stop it I have to turn the phone off , help please .
