Hello, after January update, my s10 is muting some calls, people stop to listening me and I can't ear them too. I've drop calls too. Never happen with December update.
Just remembered the same issue when s9 came out...
Clean install after Android 10.

So, the solution is, after each update, factory reset? (Tried everything else).
Sorry, but it's unacceptable. I don't have the time for that. I have more than 120 apps that I need to configure again. I had factory reset 3 weeks ago...
Nobody said that it is "the solution". It's a workaround. Until somebody finds a solution. Did you ask the support ? Can be contacted via Samsung Members App .
