Missing update for s10+

I have 2 samsung s10+ on witch ...one got the update for android 10 and the other didnt recive nothing still waiting but no signs about this

Have you try to search updates via smartswitch?

Updates are sent out in batches and the phones serial / build number usually dictates when it'll get the update @George_Enache 

Were the phones supplied directly by Samsung  ?

Were any of them imported into your country  ?

My suggestion is to keep checking in your phones software update section.

A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre will be able to help when they reopen.

What is the CSC of your device?

I use Frija to see if the update is even yet being pushed out to my CSC from Samsung. As soon as it is released they usually have it right away.

It has nothing to do with where your device is, it is the fact that Samsung is as slow as molasses in rolling out updates.

Mine is an XSP, we're always one of the last to get anything. I'm still on the April update. Neither Frija or SamMobile have the May update for XSP

If Frija is showing you an update, that means one has been released for your csc.

First, are you putting in the correct info at the top it is requesting to match your device?
