Hi @Wuzzybear. Sorry to hear this has happened. It would be best to visit a Service Centre for an engineer to inspect your phone. This link will direct you to the closest in your area.

Yep. I take great care of my phone and also have some light scratches but I'm not bothered about it because it's on the screen protector that came fitted from the factory. The back of the phone still has the plastic film protection and it's in a silicone case too.

Yes thanks ,,theyre not 100% noticable . My phone did not come with screen protector, i must but one but they always wear off or lose their stickiness over the weeks . I always have a case on the back of my phone. I always used to use a gull case for previous phones maybe i should do that again!

I find the worst things at scratching screens are things like sand and other fine grains...I was demolishing a kitchen and the phone never left my pocket, but the fine cement dust got in my pocket and left scratches on my screen and finger reader ....my galaxy s10e came with a screen protector on but the protector was already scratched ....hope you get yours sorted, I'm not sure if phone screens are compatible with polishing/ buffing out fine scratches

Maybe a clean to remove any other possible particles then a quality protector on top might be your only choice...I always get the shop to apply my protectors on my phones:-) then if they bugger it up then have to re apply a new one at no cost to me

Thankfully it wasn't my Samsung:-) but it was my damaged Nokia that made me decide to move back to Samsung after a few years away
