Microphone change my voice

Hello, I bought a new Samsung S10E. My voice sounds very distorted to others when I speak through phone's microphone, it helped a lot to restart the phone after the updates, but problem was not completely resolved. Don't know what to try?

@MiroslavKlima: Do you have a case or cover on the phone? If so, try removing it temporarily to see if you notice an improvement. To test the microphone, press and hold on the Samsung Members app icon > Diagnostics > Mic, and follow the on screen instructions. Are you able to hear yourself clearly in the playback?
