Low Signal bars

Since having my s10 plus I've noticed low signal I normally get 0/1 bars at home yet my previous devices 3/4 bars around the house , my partners honor 10 lite on same network in same location gets 2/3bars signal , even when I go out side it's barely getting 2 bars pretty poor for £1k device when compared to a £169 honor , tried network reset and even factory reset makes no odds pretty lame antenna tbh ,

I confirm that, my S10's signal reception strength is nowhere near my former LG G6. It is just barely decent.

I'm gonna contact my provider even out side 2 bars only probably want send in for repair not keen being with phone for week or more might try live chat see what they say I know people in US had issues and had replaced

My S10 plus has terrible reception on EE network in UK, regularly loses data connection and really had signal strength

Yep I'm with virgin who use ee network I literally have 1 bar all time and sometimes no bars even out side It never goes above 2 bars , mines a UK BTU Dual sim unlocked ,think they need to look into this could be similar issues Americans had on T-mobile intermittent call drops and signal loss they had them replaced was either T-mobile or Verizon,

Yeah just got mine, on Virgin and my S9+ indoors gets 3 or 4 bars, the S10 1 maybe 2.

Looks like its been going on since launch, no idea if it can be fixed via software or when.

I contacted virgin regarding it as tried all normal fixes and still same I'm trying a new sim next see if helps only option then is to send to them for there repair team to look at but not keen on being without a phone for ages ,  I've noticed as well if I loose 4G+ and drops to E I get nearly full signal bars soon as 4G+ is back bang back to 1 bar ,  I'm also going to ask Samsung on live chat if there are any reports of signal issues in UK

Odd thing for me, just noticed that I get the same signal strength with the s10 as my s9, if I remove the sim card.

My S10+ has a very week signal reception, compared to HTC U12+, Oneplus 6T, i had previously used, don't know what to do, i didnt expect this sort of an issue from a high end flagship from SAMSUNG, please fix the issue by a software update if possible ASAP,..

I've recieved my new sim today from virgin made no difference , odd if I make a call the bars shoot up soon as end call back to 1 bar I contacted Samsung support thing "stars" asked operator if any known issues with s10 range having poor reception bars and obviously she said No , she wanted to remotely take over my phone via smart tutor app to run some tests I guess but was at the time at work and needs to be done over wifi so was ment call back this morning but forgot , will try again soon see what outcome is , seems odd that first release US had some many issues with signal could be same UK on certain networks who knows
