Why does Link to Windows come up as malware, never had this problem until latest update

It's happened to me too ... I didn't even update, as it alerted me not to, but my phone is still corrupted & a message saying malware keeps coming up... 🤔🤫🫢

I use Device Care and Link To Windows is listed as malware. I was told we can disable it but not totally remove it.
