Italian s10 plus

I recently bought an s10 plus from ebay, it was in fantastic condition and was a very good deal. Upon receiving it I tried to use samsung pay but it was only in italian, the supplier has said it's from italy now but I'm not sure whether to keep it as it's in great condition but I plan to sell it next year and upgrade, would this significantly drop the value?

To change to UK

For changes to take effect

That is set as uk, when I search for the app on the samsung store it shows samsung pay italia, when I deleted it and downloades it from google play it still shows italian offers etc on google play

How would I do that? Also, I am being offered another s10 plus for the same price but the screen isn't in as good condition so I'm not sure what to do

They are allowing me to return it but said all of their s10 plus's have been bought from italy
