Is there a way to disable Bixby on a S9?

I had it disabled before, and now after updating the software a few months ago it seems I can't disable anymore.

It's a useless tool for someone that doesn't want to use it, and it becomes very annoying when keeps showing up after pressing the left side button.

Well my s8 had it and I pressed Bixby button then the settings and disable Bixby

You can go into Settings and then apps and force stop or disable many apps @HugoK
